Directions for getting to Deer Haven Acres.  Because the hunting grounds at Deer Haven Acres are privately owned and managed, Deer Haven hunters are exempt from normal state and federal game laws. This means that you don't need to have a license. You can can hunt our trophy whitetail bucks any time after September until the bucks drop their horns in the spring of the year. The genetics that produce bucks like "Bullwinkle", Deer Haven's unbelievably monstrous, non-typical whitetail, produce many bucks at Deer Haven Acres that score well over the Boone and Crockett minimum of 185.
